 Leo is on semi break from the showring to try his nose in the field. His first puppies have
hit the showring in style, Lola is a BIS Puppy winner, Jodie is pointed and a Group 1 puppy winner, Gino has a major from the puppy class Brie is also pointed from the puppy class and the handsome Canadian Delta is pointed and a Best of Breed winner from the puppy class.  These pups are out of Leo & Windjammer's Keeper O' Faith, bred by Larry & Gloria Owens. 

Congratulations to Editions Navigator on her first pass towards her Junior Hunter Title. She is out of Leo and Ch. Editions Mini Skirt.

Welcome to Melwood's home on the web. We have been involved with English Setters and the dog show world for over 30 years. We have finished numerous Champions, many owner handled. We breed a litter only when we want to keep something for ourselves. The homes for our puppies are carefully screened. Many of our buyers are repeat buyers that have owned our dogs for generations. We try and breed the healthiest, happiest puppies we can. All of our stock is OFA and BAER clear .We truly love the breed and are very passionate about our hobby. They may be showdogs but they are loving members of  our family first
